Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Peppermayo finds, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns for store credit or refunds on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to meet our resale requirements.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest postal hub.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, we will issue your store credit or refund within 5-7 business days.
